Shipping Fee

Shipping fee of R180.00 is limited to the quantity of 200 nappies or pull ups only.
Any order exceeding 200 nappies or pull ups will attract a further R180.00 which will be invoiced separately.

Refunds

Once an order is placed at The Nappy Shack eCommerce Store, it is not possible to cancel/refund an order. You may also not add or remove items from an order once you’ve received your payment confirmation email/message and/or once we received your order. If you’d like to buy additional items, you can place a new order.

Exchanges / Damaged Items or Missing Items (if applicable)

EXCHANGES

Kindly be advised that from time to time there will be defective nappies/pull ups, which is out of our control, however we remain committed to replacing any defective nappies/pull ups
We strive in giving all our customers 100% satisfaction with the products that we sell

No exchange if the pack has been opened without defects in
No exchange if the nappies/pull ups is not in original packaging
Defective nappies/pull ups will only be exchanged on next order

No exchanges if the packaging is damaged 
All our nappies and pull ups are refundable, should you not be satisfied with the product – all nappies or pull up which have been used will be deducted accordingly.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days(Monday-Fridays). Orders are not shipped or despatched on weekends or public holidays.

No orders will be dispatched without payment received

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Incorrect size placed:

In the event of the incorrect size order by the purchaser/s, The Nappy Shack will gladly exchange the product for the correct size, however The Nappy Shack will not bare the cost of the courier service.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Once you have received your tracking number, the responsibility of tracking your order falls upon the customer

Damages

The Nappy Shack is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Our store is hosted on website builder. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address,so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Terms and conditions for local deliveries (Durban and surrounding only)

Ordering:

3 to 5 working days for delivery
Deliveries Tuesdays to Thursdays ( No weekend deliveries)
Minimum order of 100 nappies/pull ups to get free delivery, in areas we do deliver to. Packs of 50 will have an additional R50.00 delivery fee added which can be paid on delivery.
Wet wipes must be combined with a nappy order, if you order wet wipes only, an additional delivery fee of R50.00 will be added which can be paid on delivery.
The delivery guys will contact you via phone call, if there is no answer, the office will contact you. If there is still no answer your order will be rescheduled for next trip in the area with an added R50.00 delivery fee
We are unable to give a specific time frame, for a delivery due to any unforeseen circumstances
